New Governance Team Members

Welcome to Our New Governance Members

We're thrilled to announce the addition of two talented individuals to the Hepatitis Foundation Governance Team: Te Aorangi Murphy-Fell and Dougal Crisp.

Our new board member Te Aorangi Murphy-Fell is a descendant of Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa, Ngāi Tahu, and Ngāti Apa. He brings a wealth of experience to the board through his work at Haemata Limited, a Māori language and education consultancy business. Te Aorangi is also a passionate advocate for governance and is the youngest Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Dougal Crisp has been co-opted as a member of our Finance and Audit Committee. Dougal is a chartered accountant and qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience. As the CFO of a Tauranga-based forestry exporter, he brings valuable financial expertise to our board. Dougal's previous experience serving on and chairing various boards in the UK will also be a great asset to the Foundation.

We also want to express our sincere gratitude to Brian Ritchie for his many years of dedicated service on the board. His contributions have been invaluable, and we wish him all the best in his retirement. Please join us in welcoming Te Aorangi and Dougal to the team!
