We are pleased to announce that Jillian White (Tuhoe, Ngāti Kahungunu, Te Arawa) one of our Community Nurses has been promoted to Nurse Manager.
Jillian has been a Hepatitis Community Nurse covering Waikato & Lakes Districts for the Hepatitis Foundation for the past 6 years. Specialising in Chronic Hepatitis B, working in partnership with patients along with primary and secondary care to ensure best practice and health engagement for all our patients.
Jillian has a specific interest in Māori Health, health literacy and ensuring health equity in processes and outcomes.
Jillian began her new role for the Hepatitis Foundation as Nurse Manager on October 25th. Congratulations Jill we know you will make a fantastic Nurse Manager and have the full support of all your colleagues.
